"Got back into my account quickly"
I had a little trouble getting back into my pinterest account after switching phones, and I was worried for a minute. The login code didn’t come through right away, but when I tried again it worked, and all my boards were still there, which was such a relief.

I’ve also noticed the moderation seems better lately, unless it’s just me? I reported a couple of spammy pins and they actually got removed, plus I received a notice afterward, which made me feel like the reports weren’t just disappearing into nowhere.

It’s not perfect every single time, but overall it’s still really easy for me to use and it feels safer than it used to. I feel like pinterest has been improving, and I’d give it 5 stars.

"Search works, but it guesses wrong sometimes"
I use Pinterest often when I’m looking for ideas, and most of the time it’s helpful. But I’ve noticed a pattern where if I search for something specific, it kind of assumes what I mean and starts showing random pins or the same type of results over and over. The recommendations can be good, but other times they feel off, like they’re based on one thing I clicked once. It’s still nice for browsing and getting inspiration, I just wish the search was a little more accurate.

"I use Pinterest almost every day..."
I use Pinterest almost every day, and the ads don’t really bother me. Sponsored pins pop up here and there, but they usually sorta match what I’m already looking at, so it doesn’t feel too annoying. It’s still easy to scroll around and save ideas

"Really easy for finding ideas"
I use Pinterest whenever I need a little inspiration, and it’s been super easy for me to browse around and find ideas quickly. The layout feels clean, and I can save things I like without getting lost or confused.

"Support got back to me so fast"
I reached out to support expecting to wait a while, but they replied really quickly, like, I was still checking my email and suddenly there it was. Super helpful and easy experience.

"I always seem to find cool ideas..."
I always seem to find cool ideas here to save for later, even when I’m just browsing for a few minutes while waiting for my coffee or avoiding cleaning up the kitchen. There’s just so much good stuff to come back to.

"The app has been really solid for me..."
The app has been really solid for me so far. It opens quickly, which I appreciate because I usually just want to get in, do whatever I need to do, and move on without waiting around. I also haven’t had many issues with it crashing. I’m not saying it has literally never happened, but if it has, it’s been rare enough that I can’t really remember it being a problem. Overall, it just works the way I expect it to, which is all I’m looking for most of the time.
Pinterest Q&A

I hate the little black pop up sign that come up now, every time you save something, it's really annoying?

How can i order

Why have my descriptions disappeared from under all my pins? i rely on these for my own use!

“They have changed the format and fields used to display your created Pins. You now only have a title, about (only 50 characters are displayed and a note field that only you can see. I'm a bit upset at this change since it changed how older Pins are displayed to the point that it makes the creator look incompetent. Most end up with a truncated caption that no longer makes sense at all.”

Hi there. my account was suspended, without any notice. when i tried to contact them, after sending 8 emails, i received no response. all i wanted was a reasonable answer as to why my account was deleted! i only ever pinned things on the pinterest website, and also uploaded images that i had created, by myself and of my own which i chose to share. i never commented on any others pins. my page was full of food, house plans, gardens and photography. where on earth did i go wrong to deserve suspension of my account??? the only thing i can possibly think of is that they deleted me because i chose to question their service on their facebook page. unbelievable!!! can someone please invent a new style of pinterest for us, without the stupidity??

“I was sent a message on May 29th alerting me of my suspension, with no explanation, only that they would be sending an email explaining why. I sent an email to their help desk explaining I was a long time member with thousands of posts, none of which I considered to be against their policy. They acknowledged my email and said I'd get a reply shortly. I have not heard back nor do I expect to. This is not the first time this has happened and I have learned my lesson. They have no regard for their members and their customer service is nonexistent. Never again!”

If you only pin content that pinterest sends you that you may be interested in from other members how can they then suspend and eventually delete your account. pinterest sent it to you. entrapment?
